Obituary of Richard Beaumont Kisner Jr.

Mr. Richard Beaumont Kisner Jr. of Fairmont, WV passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at Fairmont Healthcare Rehabilitation. He was born April 21, 1937 in Catawba, the son of Richard and Mary Francis Schmuck Kisner. He is survived by several cousins Carolyn Pauletta and her husband Bob of Grafton, WV, April Stottlemire of Jordan Community, Sally Wilhelm and her husband Jim of Fairmont, WV R. Dale Schmuck and wife Mary Sue of Fairmont, WV, William Gwyn of Pittsburgh, PA, Charles Drennan and wife Betty of Grafton, WV, Jimmy Schmuck and wife Wilma of Grafton, WV, Joyce Fagerberg and husband Gary of Battle Ground, WA, David Schmuck and wife Wanda of Grafton, WV, Ronald Schmuck of Grafton, WV and several other extended family members. Richard graduated from Morgantown High School and West Virginia University. He earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He retired from FMC Mining Equipment and previously worked for Mon Power. He had the hobby of woodworking and made pieces for family members. He enjoyed his property that allowed him to garden, hunt and fish. Several years ago, he was a bee keeper with his father. A private service will be celebrated at a later date.
