Dear Bruce, Kent Railey Family. I was shocked at the untimely passing of Officer Moore. He loved life and was a wonderful Family Man, a fine Catholic. On the job, he was firm, but, fair. He cherished his time at BHS. Jim will be sorely missed by all. Rich Bailey, Maple Lake.
