Just saw where Mr. Phillips passed. I spent many days in his home with my best friend Becky. Loved him and his wife. Sorry to all family members. He was such a good man. Debbie Wells Hoy

I have wonderful memories of Mr Phillips from my childhood. He was our neighbor. He allowed me to come to his home to use their encyclopedias to complete my homework since my family did not have any. He was a very nice man.
