I am so sorry to hear that Sue has left us, although I know where she is spending eternity. I have a happy memory of the first time I met Sue. It was a pickup girls' basketball game at the Kingmont playground, Benton's Ferry vs. Kingmont. The Benton's Ferry girls were so much better than we Kingmont kids, but I remember that they took it easy on us and were so kind. Sue was a tremendous athlete. As a freshman at EFHS, I remember being terrified to get on the bus that first day, but I saw Sue's friendly face and knew it would be OK. She befriended me many times over those high school years.
It has been a long while since seeing Sue, but she is forever in my heart as a good and faithful friend. Rest well with the Lord Jesus, Sue. You were loved.
