My husband, Mike, and I met Brad and Laurie in 2017 when we moved next door to them. Mike and Brad were both disabled and liked to smoke, but neither Laurie nor I would let them smoke in the house. They would both be on the balconies, smoking and talking about who knows what. He was a very nice man. I’m sure he’ll be greatly missed by his family and friends. RIP, Brad.
