Where do I start, as far back as I can remember Uncle Bill was always the life of the party, either be joke or story. The man had a green thumb for sure and loved to garden. One thing for sure he loved you aunt Sandy more than anything. Billy and Steph you were truly blessed with an amazing dad. Hold on to all those memories they will bring great comfort. Steph you done an amazing job helping your mom care for your dad. I’m sure uncle Bill is up there in heaven telling his stories . Fly high uncle Bill you will be greatly missed by many.
