To all of Todd’s family, it is with such a heavy heart that I learned of his passing. Todd was an inspiration and the first person I thought of when I needed professional guidance in the residential appraisal field. He was a superb person and a dearly respected friend who will be sorely missed. My prayers are for your comfort during this difficult time.
