Heart felt condolences to the Kinney family and friends.
I had the privilege of being Carl and Frances’s pastor at the Bristol UMC 2000-2004. They both were so Faithful to The Lord and to their church. I still treasure all their wonderful support and the love poured into my family as we served the Bristol Charge. Carl’s wisdom and commitment in serving The Lord and His church has made an eternal impact on my life in continuing pastoral ministry. My church office still holds several of Carl’s wood working carvings he gave me, a hummingbird and Muskie that he loved fishing for in the West Union Middle Island Creek. His legacy will continue to live on in my life and my testimonies of the impact that he and Frances left on so many people. Our loss but Heaven’s gain, see ya later dear friend and brother in Christ! Pastor Carl Radcliff-Assist Supt.
Carl Leon was a kind and generous man. I will be forever grateful for his kindnesses to our family over the years. His wood carving of a stand of cattails has pride of place in my home.

Truly a life well-lived! His loving family is a wonderful tribute to this fine man. Now, no more sorrow, nor illness, nor pain. “Fly to Jesus... and live!”
