Ryan, we were saddened to learn of your Dad's passing. We always enjoyed chatting with him, the topic of which usually turned to Ryan & Chad at some point. We will certainly miss him at All Saints. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers, Pat & Chuck Gruber
Rest in peace Ron. You were always someone I could count on to grab me at All Saints to serve if you were short handed. <3 We had countless discussions on Bridgeport athletics, city government and most recently The Bridge Sports Complex. You always brought enthusiasm and energy to each encounter. I'll miss you around town and having our chats! God Bless your family during this time.
Ron and I attended Shepherd and played football the year we were there. We had many good times. We didn't let the Lumberport/ Shinnston rivalry get in the way. We both went to the service, he to the Navy, me to the Army. We both reconnected at Fairmont and then again a few years ago in Charleston when he was attending a state basketball game. I shall remember the good times. Prayers.
I am deeply sadness over the passing of Ron. He always greeted my wife and me with a huge smile and welcome. I truly will miss seeing Ron at Bridgeport sporting events. He supported our schools no matter the sport or the gender of the athlete. I consider Ron one of my very good friends and will think of him often. My God accept his soul into his Kingdom. My condolences and best wishes to his family. Jim Christie
