Obituary of Doroethalene Ford Satterfield

Doroethalene Ford Satterfield, 80, of Rivesville, West Virginia died Saturday, July 25, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 15, 1940 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late Charles Delbert Ford & Eulah Fox Ford. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Wayne Satterfield of Rivesville, WV. Mrs. Satterfield is survived by a daughter Kimberly K. Satterfield & her companion Richard Bogart of Rivesville, WV, a son and daughter in law William Duwayne & Sadie Darlene Long of Fairmont, WV, a sister and brother in law Martha & Ralph Niggermyer of Fairmont, WV, seven grandchildren and their spouses Brandon & Rachele Valentine, Kala & Dade Chisler, Troy & Maddie Eddy, Ariel Eddy & her fiancé Darin Abel, Amy & Matt Munson, Tyler Abel and Josh & Tiffany Abel, thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters Phyllis Jean Nester and an infant sister and two brothers Marvin Ford and James Ford. Mrs. Satterfield was a homemaker, loved being with family & friends, and hearing the laughter of her great grandchildren. She liked camping, fishing and the outdoors. Doroethalene also enjoyed bowling, line dancing, and country & gospel music. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second Street, Rivesville, WV 26588.
