Obituary of James (Jim) Andrew Jackson

James (Jim) Andrew Jackson, 70, of Fairmont, passed peacefully to his Heavenly home on Monday, June 20, 2016. Jim was born on April 27, 1946 to the late Jaspar and Dorothy Jackson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Jackson, and twin grandsons, Austin and Jeremy Krawiec. He graduated from Fairmont Senior High School and was a former coal miner. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He never met a stranger. He loved the season of fall and WV football. Jim also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Those that will miss him the most are his children- Misty Ruiz (Chris), Fairmont; James (Telissa) Jackson, Fairmont; Gregory (Yvonne) Jackson, Fairmont; Cindy Masters (Bill), Fairmont; Cheryl Krawiec (Steve), Fairmont, and a special son-in-law Bill Masters, Fairmont; his brother, Randy Jackson, Fairmont; twin sisters Dolly Hughes and Dotty Heldreth; his grandchildren, Joshua Jackson, Christopher Jackson, JC Jackson, Matthew Jackson, Cody Jackson, Jake Jackson, Brooklyn Jackson, Zachary Masters, Taylor Masters, Rachel Masters, Bryanna Masters, Matthew Masters, Jonathan Masters, Rick Masters, Khloe Masters, Jona Heflin, Ryan Heflin, Tanner Heflin, Dylan Krawiec and Dakotah Krawiec and four great grandchildren. He also leaves behind a very special friend, Paula Kay Baker. In honoring Jim’s wishes, his body will be cremated.
