Obituary of Wanda Rose Kisner

Wanda Rose Fisher Kisner, 80, of Rivesville, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown. She was born in Morgantown on November 26, 1939, a daughter of the late Oliver and Agnes Fisher. Wanda is survived by a son, Brad Kisner and his husband CJ Fazio of Fairmont and her sister, Loretta Wade of Georgetown Community. In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Kisner and a son, Mark Allen Kisner. Wanda was a graduate of Morgantown High School and retired from Sears. She was a member Snyder’s Temple United Methodist Church. Wanda loved flowers, shopping, beautiful clothes, and being with her family. The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second St., Rivesville, WV 26588, on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, February 6, 2020, at 11 a.m. A committal service will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover.
