I was Doug's Detachment Commander when he came out of the Acadamy. He was a young, knowledgeable and a hard worker. Always good to the public. Would do anything I asked with great skill. He was very dedicated to the profession. Sadly his career as a Trooper was cut short in an accident. He was very easy to get along with and was always happy. He will be missed by all.
