Obituary of Linda L. Heston

Linda L. Heston, 71, of Fairmont passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at the Genesis Tygart Center in Fairmont. She was born in Fairmont on July 3, 1947, the daughter of the late Lawrence Don Shreve and Rosa Belle Ayers Shreve. Linda is survived by her loving husband Fay Robert Heston of Fairmont.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by her sons, David Heston of Fairmont and Robert Heston and his wife Andrea of Fairmont; and five grandchildren, Kane, Davi, Brianna, Daniel and Dana.

 Linda enjoyed spending time with her special friends, Nancy Perry, Judy Starn and the late Cheryl Cochran.

Mrs. Heston was a graduate of East Fairmont High School and a retired nurses aid at the John Manchin Healthcare Center. She was a former member of Trinity Assembly of God.

The family requests memorial contribution be made in Linda’s memory to a charity of your choice.

A graveside service will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens, 93 Grandview Cemetery Road, Fairmont, WV 26554, on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at 1 p.m. The family has entrusted arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554.
