Obituary of Brooks Allen Butler

Brooks Allen Butler, 47, of Morgantown, WV died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his residence.  He was born August 13, 1970 in Spencer, WV a son of Ronald Butler, Fairmont, WV & the late JoAnn Hautem Butler.  He is survived by his wife Kimberly Brooke Jones Butler of Morgantown, WV.

He is survived by 2 step daughters Ciara Boone & her husband Morgan Boone of Fairmont, WV and Cydney Jackson, Morgantown, WV, a brother Brian Butler of Charleston, WV, 2 sisters Mitzi Butler, Morgantown, WV and Merlene Shoemaker & her husband Bill Shoemaker of Rivesville, WV, several nieces & nephews and 2 special friends Billy “Red” Allen of Morgantown, WV and Johnny Shoemaker of Morgantown, WV.  He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Bill Frazier and Bob “Bear” Butler.

Brooks was employed as a welder for several companies in the local area.  He was a 1989 graduate of Morgantown High School.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycles and working as a mechanic for family & friends.
