Dear Don and Family,
I wanted to express my condolences to you and your family on the passing of Mrs. Carmichael. “Mrs. C.” was such an integral part of my, and my family’s, life that nothing that I write can truly explain what she meant to all of us.
Mrs. C. loved her Mountaineers as much as her family, viewed the world through a lens of optimism, and was someone who never met a stranger. A celebrated conversationalist, there was never a dull moment with Mrs. C!
I know our lives would not have been the same had it not been for Mrs. C. She taught us how to live a life of purpose, value those who surround us, and appreciate all the opportunities that life's journey has to offer.
