Mrs. Spiker. I am so sorry to hear of Paula's passing. I knew her when she taught at Nash many years ago. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the family.

Paula was a special friend of mine during her time in Parkersburg. She was a caring person who was always kind to others. Many people in our area were greatly saddened by her illness and passing.
I will always remember the times I spent with her. We shared many giggles when we were Title I teachers assigned to the same classroom at Martin Elementary. She was always a supportive friend and a good listener. We continued to stay in touch through letters and cards after she went back to Fairmont. I will miss hearing about all her volunteer work and telling her about my daughter. I will remember her fondly.

So sorry to read of Paula's passing. I enjoyed working with her in Life Long Learners meetings and the Kniting group there. She was a delightful part of our groups.
My prayers and sympathy

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I was a student of Ms. Spiker at Nash Elementary in Parkersburg. She left such an impression upon me and was a teacher that I have never forgotten in my 53 years of life. She was the best and heaven gained a precious Angel. RIP Ms. Spiker.
