Obituary of Waveline Dora Ocheltree

     Mrs. Waveline Dora Ocheltree, 97 years of age of Bridgeport, WV passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at River Oaks in Clarksburg, WV.  She was born March 5, 1920 in Arcola, WV the daughter of Frank and Sarah Keller Mathes.  She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Ocheltree.

     She is survived by a daughter Janet Ocheltree of Farmington, WV and several nieces and nephews including Brenda Stephens of Finksburg, MD and Barbara Ann Nolan of Cowen, WV.  She was the last surviving member of her family and was also preceded in death by eight brothers and three sisters.

     Waveline was a former employee of H.F. Howard Merchandising where she handled the ordering for the company.  She loved her Lord and Savior and was a member of Bridgeport Baptist Church in Bridgeport, WV.

     Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  The funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 1:00 PM with Pastor Thomas Edgell presiding.  The interment will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell, WV.
