Obituary of William "Bill" P. Crapper

William “Bill” P. Crapper, 66, of Fairmont, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lancaster, PA on June 7, 1951, the son of the late Paul Hoyland Crapper and Mary Ruth Stepp Crapper.

Bill is survived by two sisters, a niece, and nephew. Bill would like to acknowledge his special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Rick and Sharon Scarff.
