Obituary of Stephen Bazy, Jr.

Stephen "Stevie" Bazy Jr, 72, passed away December 27, 2016 at his home in Rivesville. He was born June 28, 1944 a son of the late Rose Foreste Bazy and Steven Bazy. He lived his entire life in Rivesville where he worked for the Marion County Board of Education before retiring. Stephen was known by many in the area for his outstanding balancing skills. He routinely wowed audiences by balancing pens, pencils, and even broom straw on the edge of his finger. Stephen is survived by his niece Gloria Luzier (daughter of James Lee) and his cousins Robert Foresta ( son of Joe Foreste), Laura Forest Spern and Frank Foreste (children of Frank Forest), Kimberly Foresta McClain, D. Mark Foreste, Eric Foreste, and Peter Foreste ( children of David Foreste). Friends and family may visit the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second Street, Rivesville, WV on Tuesday, January 3, 2016 from 5PM until 7PM. The funeral will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at 9:30 AM with Father Robert Perriello officiating.
