Obituary of James Ralph Zeithaml

James R. Zeithaml of Bridgeport, WV, went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2024. He was born January 6, 1929 in Garrettsville, OH, the son of the late James C. and Ruth Zeithaml. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Olivene Walker Zeithaml. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons Jim Zeithaml and Bill Zeithaml and Bill’s wife Glenda Zeithaml. Also surviving are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and a nephew Daniel Lane and his wife Linda Lane. He is pre-deceased by a sister Jean Gibbons and her husband Donald Gibbons. Mr. Zeithaml was a member of the Simpson Creek Baptist Church of Bridgeport, WV. He was retired from the Internal Revenue Service with 33 years of service. He was a veteran of the US Infantry, serving as a 1st Lieutenant in Korea. At his request, no services will be held. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, Allen Chapel 215 E Main Street, Bridgeport WV 26330. In accordance with James’s wishes, his body will be cremated.
