I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with her and she has spent many nights and days growing up at my house. We lost touch over the years but we met up at Dutchman's Daughter about 2 years ago and it was just like old times. We had a lot of good times. We went to school together and road the bus together and above all we loved each other. May she rest in Peace forever.

So sorry to hear of Valindas passing. Sincere condolences to her family and friends. She was a great waitress, hard worker in all that she did and very kind person. She will be missed by all that knew her. Her fight with ALS showed her amazing strength and faith. May she now know peace and happiness.

Our deepest condolences to the family. Though we never knew Valinda personally, we met Valinda at the special ceremony held at the VA hospital for ALS fighters. We could tell she was a fighter. My husband also suffers from this terrible disease. We still have the purple bracelets with Valinda’s name on the bracelet that were handed out after the ceremony to everyone. Again our deepest condolences & she is now free to fly!
