Obituary of Phyllis Ann Heldreth

Phyllis Ann Heldreth, 58, of Rivesville, West Virginia passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born November 4, 1964 in Santa Cruz, CA, a daughter of the late Jacob Daniel Smith and Dorothy Ellen Likens Smith. She is survived by her longtime companion Ronald “Farmer” Toothman of Rivesville, WV. She is survived by a son, Dylan Lee Heldreth of Rivesville, WV, a brother, John “J.J.” Smith of Westover, WV, five grandchildren, Logan Heldreth, Jaylen Heldreth, Elizabeth Heldreth, Dylan Jacob Lee Heldreth & Rayne Baverly, and her best friend Lisa Lee Moore. She was preceded in death by a son Daniel Allen Heldreth and a daughter Angela Ann Smith. Phyllis was an Assistant Manager for the Family Dollar Store in the Bellview Community and a 1983 graduate of East Fairmont High School. She enjoyed working crafts, gardening, collecting blue antique glass and being with family & friends. The family has entrusted arrangements to the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second Street, Rivesville, WV 26588.
