I’m Jeremy, we were very close in and after high school. Called me Paletta, my last name. He was always the life of the party. He was genuinely one of the best people I ever met. Charlie was Charlie and never changed. I have a lot of memories from the family farm. Hunted with him and did a lot together. The world lost a very special person. It takes 10 people to replace 1 like him. He was a truly great guy who will be missed by a lot. My deepest sympathy to all family members.
To the sweetest person, who always had a great smile on his face. No matter what was going on. Rest in peace my sweet "Pumpkin." Love Kimberly Waggamon
Rest in peace, Charlie. I have some good memories of working with you and hanging out after hours. My condolences to all of Charlie's family and friends.
Charlie, many good camping trips, my friend. A few Buckhannon river cabin trips, and several Maple Syrup Festival camp & rides will always be great memories. So long, bud.
Charlie took a trip with us to South Carolina and met my (Nikki's) dad. We sure did have some good times. He and Billy built the stairs, in record time, days before our ceremony at the Bragg's. We are forever grateful for his friendship and will miss him dearly.
Charlie was a good friend. We spent a lot of time together many years ago while working at Genesis. He was always the life of the party and always had my back. My condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
