Obituary of Nancy Shaulis

Nancy Jane Kelly Shaulis, 88, of the Kingmont Community, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her children. She was born March 14, 1934 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late Lawrence W. and Mary V. Michael Kelly. She was preceded in death in 2009 by her husband of 53 years, Bernard Shaulis. Nancy was member of the Central Christian Disciples of Christ Church in Fairmont. She retired in 2001 from the McDonald’s Corporation where she served as a store manager in Aliquippa PA for over 13 years. She was a 50 plus year member of the Eastern Star and a lifetime member of the Beaver Valley Yard Club in Falston, PA. Nancy enjoyed crocheting and sewing in her spare time. Survivors include her sons, Larry L and his wife Nancy Jarvis of Fairmont and James W. Shaulis of Aliquippa, PA, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Larry L. Jarvis Friends and family are invited to visit the Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont on Monday, September 26, 2022 from 11AM until 1PM. The funeral will be held in the funeral home at 1PM with Reverend Stanley Merrifield officiating. Interment will follow at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover, WV.
