We were so saddened to hear of Cindy’s death. Cindy cared for our mother, Elsie Rowand, for 6 years at Pleasant Acres. . She had a heart of gold, was so loving with the patients, and was such an asset to Pleasant Acres. She was always smiling and pleasant, no matter the task. Mom loved her and we did too. Cindy truly left this world a better place! Prayers for her family. The Rowand family.
