Art, Garrett, Adam and families. We are so sorry for your Loss. Frances was absolutely the sweetest soul. It has always been a little difficult to wrap my mind around the fact that your mother was my Grand Mothers Sister. I always thought of her more of a cousin than my Great Aunt. Your mother was born in June of 1953 and I was born in October of 1953. I have a photo somewhere of Frances sitting on her "Daddy's" Lap. She and Marsha were full of such Love for their father and mother. My father Raymond Schibley was Frances's sister Lorene's only child. My father spent his summers as a child with his and your grand father Huston Dowell in West Virginia. Frances and Marsha checked in and looked after there sister Lorene when she had to leave her home for a Nursing Care Facility. My mother looked forward to letters and notes from your Frances keeping us up to date with her sons lives. The last great trip we got to make together to West Virginia was to Garrett's Wedding. What a great memory. We got to see each other one more time after the West Virginia Trip when Frances and Art came to Columbus so we could all meet for Lunch. My mother wanted to pass along a ring that had belonged to Lorene's mother. The ring was a Dowell Heirloom. Frances held on as long as she could in Love of her family, she loved seeing her family flourish in their life experiences. Frances will be missed by everyone who came in contact with her. Much Love, Jeff and Sylvia Schibley (Proud Members of the Dowell/Schibley Family)
