Obituary of Michael Leon Robinson

Michael Leon Robinson, 68, of Fairmont passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Weston on December 9, 1952, a son of the late Lawrence Earl Robinson and Yolda Mary Murphy Robinson. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Alice Robinson; son, Logan Grant Robinson of Fairmont; brother, Kevin Robinson and his wife Kathy of Buckhannon; two sisters, Marybeth Hall and her husband Rick of Weston and Lisa Schenck and her husband Larry of Bridgeport; as well as many nieces and nephews. Michael was a retired employee of the Harrison Power Station. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Michael’s memory to the Marion County Humane Society, PO Box 905, Fairmont, WV 26555, or to the American Cancer Society, 122 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501. The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554, on Friday, October 29, 2021, from 12 noon until 4 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 4 p.m. with Pastor Bill Toothman officiating.
