Obituary of Louise Jean Walls Mundell

Louise Jean Walls Mundell, 71, of Pleasant Valley passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Rochester, PA daughter of the late Hershel Wade Walls and Mary Dillow Walls. Louise is survived by her loving husband Wateman Junior “Butch” Mundell; two sons, Wateman Allen Mundell and William Charles Mundell; two daughters, Christa Greco and Sherry Kuneff and her husband David; 11 grandchildren, Brittany Mundell, Sebastian Mundell, Lexi Greco, Brooke Mundell, Courtney Mundell, Natalie Greco, Sarah Mundell, Adriana Greco, Autumn Mundell, Canon David Kuneff, and Cooper Lee Kuneff. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond W. Walls. Louise was a 1967 graduate of East Fairmont High School and worked at Phillips Lighting. She was a member of Tree of Life Church and enjoyed walking, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Louise’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 122 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501. In accordance with her wishes, Louise will be cremated and a private committal service will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover at a later time.
