Obituary of Kenneth William Kelley

Kenneth William Kelley, LCDR USN Retired, of Holmes Beach, FL died on September 1, 2020 at the age of 86. Ken passed away peacefully at his home with his beloved wife, Margaret, and his four daughters by his side. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Carris Dwayne Kelley (Bob) and Dolly Mae Horvwalt Kelley, his brother Charles (Bobby) Kelley, and his sister Nancy Henderson. Ken is survived by his wife Margaret Kelley, sisters Bonnie Kelley and Lisa Turner; daughters Carrie McMillan (Arthur), Mary Kruse (Mark), Debbi Grenier, and Kathy Fisher (Sean); grandchildren Kelley Kruse, Missy Megginson (RayJ), Carrie Allen (Dean), Haley Gonzalez (Daniel), Abigail Grenier, and Jackson Fisher; great-grandchildren Sadie Megginson, Darby Megginson, Zoey Allen, Kelley Sue Allen, and Nathan Reid; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, Second and Jasper Streets, Rivesville, WV 26588. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is required that masks be worn and social distancing be maintained for all arrangements. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 12 noon until 1PM in the funeral home. A memorial service will follow at 2PM in the funeral home with Reverend David Stilgenbauer officiating.
