Obituary of Naomi Pearl Tuttle Lemley

Naomi Pearl Tuttle Lemley, 84, of White Hall, went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on Friday, April 16, 2021 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by the love of her life, Marvin Eugene Lemley, to whom she was married for 67 years. Naomi was a Christian by faith and attended Trinity Assembly of God in Fairmont. She also attended 1st Assembly of Fort Myers, FL during the winter months. She retired from Westinghouse Corporation/Phillips Lighting after 37 years of service. Naomi enjoyed her retirement with her husband for over 20 years in Fort Myers, Florida. Marvin and Naomi enjoyed traveling in their RV to almost all of the states including Alaska. Naomi and her daughter enjoyed many shopping trips together. She adored the family dog, Max, and spent her last three years in Fairmont where she was cared for by her loving husband Marvin, and her daughter Sherry and son-in-law Tim. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children, Sherry Lee and her husband Timothy J. Efaw of Fairmont, and Scott Eugene Lemley of Cleveland, OH, her granddaughter, Stephane Lemley, and two step grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Alberta Jane and her husband Franklin Suplita of Cleveland, OH, two brothers, David and his wife Barbara Tuttle of Morgantown, and Tim and his wife Donna Tuttle of Wana, WV, her sister-in-law, Ellen and her husband Harold Campbell of Mt. Morris, PA, as well as many nieces and nephews. Naomi was preceded in death by her grandmother, Naomi Lemley Tuttle who also raised her. Her father Glen Tuttle, her mother and her step-father Cora Fleedra Tuttle Wilson and Lloyd Wilson, her brother, Joe Tuttle, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Genevieve Lemley Foley and Clyde Foley, and her nephew, Frank Suplita. The family would like to thank Amedysis Hospice for their care and support. They would like to also thank a special aid Angie Thobois. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont, WV 26554. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is required that masks be worn and social distancing be maintained for all arrangements. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 from 6PM until 9PM and on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 11AM until 1PM. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 1PM with Pastor Charlie Fancher officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Fairmont, WV.
