Obituary of Misty Dawn Hawkinberry

Misty Dawn Hawkinberry, 55, of Fairmont passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021, at the Fairmont Medical Center. She was born in Fairmont on June 16, 1965, a daughter of Helen Fortney Hawkinberry and the late Raymond Howard Hawkinberry. In addition to her mother, Misty is survived by her wife, Phyllis Wisenbaler; son, Timmy Wisenbaler; daughter, Renee Wisenbaler; grandchild, Tionna Harley; brothers, Randy, Kevin, Albert, Duane and his wife Beverly, and David Hawkinberry; and a sister, Merry Schmuck. In addition to her father, Misty was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond “Burke” Hawkinberry and her beloved dog, Molly. Misty attended East Fairmont High School and Viola Church. She worked at the Marion County Courthouse for over 15 years and enjoyed the outdoors as well as watching and feeding the wildlife. Misty never met a stranger and was always helping others. The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554, on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.
