Obituary of Barbara Ann Jeffery Wilson

Barbara Ann Jeffery Wilson, 88, of Bellview Community, Fairmont, West Virginia died Friday, August 5, 2016 at her residence. She was born July 20, 1928 in Fairmont a daughter of the late Albert Arbanus Jeffery & Laura Pearl Hornish Jeffery Strawser. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Clark Wilson. She is survived by 3 daughters and 3 son in laws Laura Lee & Charles Dolly of Fairmont, WV, Kepper Kay & Rodney Martin of McCurdysville, WV and Rhonda Rae & Kirk McClure of Westminster, CO., a brother Albert Junior Jeffery, 4 grandchildren Charla Secreto, Chad Dolly, Jennifer Potts and her husband Doug and Adam Martin and his companion Lori Jendrzejewski, 3 great grandchildren Tristan Wolfe, Finnigan Martin & Emerson Martin, many nieces & nephews including Richard & Ruth Hawkins, of Fairmont, Beverly & Larry Doolittle of TN., Margaret Ann & Ronnie Wolfe of MD. and Karen Martin of Fairmont and special friends Greg & Joyce Counts of Fairmont. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by 3 sisters Susan Doolittle, Mary Jo Hawkins & Sandra Jean White. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker, a member of the Highland Avenue United Methodist Church, church choir member for over 50 years, a member of the Mary Circle and Alpha & Omega Sunday School Class. She enjoyed bowling continuously since age 15 locally and in many State Tournaments. Mrs. Wilson loved spending time at her camp on the Tygart River since 1968 with family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont, WV 26554 Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. and Monday, August 8, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Micah Blanks officiating.
