Obituary of Tracey Jayne Harland

Tracey Jayne Harland, 56, of Fairmont, departed from this earth on January 13, 2021. She was born in England on September 6, 1964, a daughter of Alan Harland and the late Yvonne (Gilbert). While in the UK, she attended Turley High School Bromley Cross. She moved from England to the United States in the summer of 1980, where she attended Fairmont Senior High School, graduating in 1982. Tracey worked many different jobs over the years, including Walmart Vision Center. Tracey was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Yvonne Harland. The two of them shared a very significant bond. Tracey is survived by her father, Alan Harland; brother, Paul Harland and wife, Judy of Birmingham, AL; son, Andrew Toothman and wife, Jenna of Fairmont; two grandsons, Mason Alan and Max Michael, whom she adored; and many special friends. She was particularly close with her brother-in-law, Jimmy Toothman, wife Aimee, and nephews Tyler, Lucas, and Jerrod whom she used to babysit for many years. Tracey had many friends and family in the UK in which she kept close contact over the years. The family has entrusted arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554.
