Obituary of Robin Elaine Weisenborn

Robin Elaine Weisenborn, 56, of Hopewell Rd., Fairmont, WV, passed away Tuesday morning in United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, WV.   She was born October 23, 1961 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Leland and Ruth Grubb McWhorter.   Robin was a member of 1st Presbyterian Church in Fairmont, WV.   She was a graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a graduate of West Liberty University with a BA in Sciences.   Robin had been employed for Quintiles, out of Raleigh, NC, with 10 years of service as a Training Manager.   She enjoyed reading, cooking,  and traveling to her mountain home in Romney, WV.    She enjoyed all family activities and spending time with her grandchildren, who lovingly called her “Ruga”.   Survivors include her husband, Scott Weisenborn of Fairmont, WV,   2 daughters, Jordan and her husband Zachery Brimacomb of Sneads Ferry, NC and Kelly Weisenborn – Six of Fairmont, WV.    3 grandchildren, Ellie Brimacomb of Sneads Ferry, NC, and Kenzie McIntyre and Anneleise Six of Fairmont, WV,   a sister and her husband, Sandy and David Pell of Wheeling, WV,   2 brothers and their spouses, Lee and Debbie McWhorter of Wheeling, WV and Glenn and Ruthie McWhorter of Wheeling, WV, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.   Robin has chosen cremation services.   The family will greet friends at Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV from 1pm until 3pm on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.   A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday afternoon at 3pm, with Rev.
