Obituary of Mimi Jane Leggett

On February 7, 2024, our sweet, loveable Mimi Jane Leggett, went to heaven after a short illness. Mimi Jane was born January 27, 1960, in Clarksburg, WV. She was a special needs daughter of late William Randall and late Betty Ann Bickers Leggett who lovingly cared for her most of her life. Mimi Jane was truly special. She loved everyone she met, loved to give bear hugs and didn’t want to let go. Everyone who knew Mimi Jane knew she loved socks, milkshakes, coke, and roni in the oven (macaroni and cheese). She loved going to the mall shopping for socks and for rides to look for moo cows and going through her tunnel. She loved Christmas, Santa Claus and getting presents. She knew all the nursery rhymes, children’s songs and her version of The Three Little Bears. She loved going to Muriale’s and eating ghetti (spaghetti). Her favorite phrase was “Oh you’re kidding me now”. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. She was the daughter of two wonderful parents, Randall and Betty who gave her a wonderful life.
