Obituary of Pauline W. Moore

Pauline W. Moore, 96, Barrackville, WV, passed away early Wednesday morning in Fazio’s Eldercare Home in Monongah, WV.   She was born April 2, 1922 in Daybrook, WV, daughter of the late Jacob and Ella Moore Wilson.   She was also preceded in death by her husband Encil “Nick” Moore, who died in 2001.   She was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene, where she taught Sunday School and held several Church offices.   She graduated from Fairmont State College and was a teacher in both Monongalia and Marion County schools.   Survivors include two sons and daughter’s-in-law, Allen and Jenny Moore of Barrackville, WV and Ken and Rebecca Moore of Morgantown, WV;   one daughter and son-in-law Lana and Scott Wade of Bethel, OH;   Seven grandchildren, Tammy and David Swiger and Mike and Cindy Moore of Barrackville, WV, Bartley and Tammi Moore of Grafton, WV, Bethany and David Wisman of Independence, WV, Jenny and Eric Powell of Collierville, TN, Emily and Aaron Beasley of Charleston, SC, and Amy and Evan Berry of Wixom, MI;   and fourteen great grandchildren, Courtney and Brad Hamrick; Chelsea Swiger; Kaden, Riley and Drew Moore; Chase and Nicholas Moore; Jacob and Jessica Wisman; Avery, Annabelle and Adalyn Powel; Ellis Beasley; and Grayson Hall.   She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Ellen Wilson of Silver Springs, MD.   She was preceded in death by two brothers, Kyle and Sam Wilson and a sister-in-law, Marian Wilson.   Family and friends may call at Ford Funeral Home, R.C. Jones Chapel, 1410 Country Club Rd., Fairmont, WV from 2pm until 8pm on Friday evening.   Funeral Services will be held in the 1st Church of the Nazarene, Morgantown Ave, Fairmont, WV at 11am on Saturday with Pastor Scott King, Pastor Scott Wade, and Mr. Elton Slusser officiating.   Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery and Mausoleum, Fairmont, WV.   A special thank you to Dr. Katragadda, Toni Iaquinta of Conchetta’s, Cora Fazio and her staff of Fazoi’s Eldercare and Amedysis Hospice Care for their outstanding care during her extended illness..
