Robin and family,
You and Dave have been in my daily thoughts and prayers ever since his retirement. My career was better because of Dave. I knew when I saw him in a meeting or the hallway, a good conversation was about to happen. It was a genuine pleasure working with him. His dry wit matched mine. I will always remember him fondly. You will remain in my prayers long after the flowers wilt and the check-ins stop. May God grant peace for your hearts.

We are heartbroken over the loss of such a truly loving and kind man. I will always remember his hugs, the kind that made you feel instantly cared for and loved. He had such a gentle way about him and a warmth that made being around him special.
It hurts our hearts that we can’t come into town to celebrate his life and be there with all of you. Please know that we are grieving with you from afar and holding your family so close in our thoughts. We hope you can find some comfort in the beautiful memories, the love he gave so freely, and the impact he had on everyone lucky enough to know him. He will be so deeply missed, and we are sending all our love during this incredibly hard time.

We grew up with David on Overhill Road. He not only became a best friend, but also a dear brother. We will cherish all the wonderful adventures we had with him.
He loved God, his family, his friends, music, motorcycles, and enjoyed numerous activities in life.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave at the FBI. He was hilarious and kind! We always quoted Monty Python and the Holy Grail, a favorite of both of us. I thank Christ for His free gift of salvation and look forward to seeing brother Dave again some day soon. May God give peace to his family during this difficult time.

Robin, you may or may not remember who I am, but my sister Cindy and I used to follow Dave’s band, Bad Axe, back in the day. When we walked into the venue, we always looked around for you so we could sit next to you.
I am so so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. Some of my best memories growing up were going to see bad ax or Pegasus perform. My condolences to you and your family. I feel blessed that I could call you both my friends.

To Robin, Brandon (and family), and Chasity (and Sean); my heart breaks for you all. I will always cherish the times when Dave was present. As a young boy, I was inspired by Dave’s musicianship and his faith. He and his family helped me fall in love with Jesus and I pray he is ripping smooth base lines with angels for all eternity. Love you all ❤️
