Obituary of Kevin Riley Boyd

Kevin Riley Boyd, 66, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away at home on Friday, February 6, 2026. He was born on March 19, 1959 in Pennsylvania, the son of the late Charles R. and Donna M. Sharp Boyd. Kevin is survived by his sister, Patricia Boyd of Danville, PA, and Cathy Barnes of Fairmont, nieces, Siera Barnes, and nephews, Derek Boyd, and Dylyn Barnes, as well as several nieces and nephews. Kevin was a 1977 graduate of East Fairmont High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1977 to 1981. He was a former carpenter in the Glendale, Arizona area for many years. In his free time, Kevin enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle around Arizona and the surrounding states. In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Boyd, nephew, Justin Boyd, and brother-in-law, Lynn Barnes. The family has entrusted the arrangements to the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont. Friends will be received on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 4pm until 7pm and again on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 10am until 11am. The Memorial service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday 11am with Reverend Jim Zinn as celebrant. A service of committal will follow in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Fairmont.
