Obituary of Kimberly Ann Ferrell
Kimberly Ann Phillips Ferrell, 53, of Barrackville, passed away on March 5, 2026 at her residence. She was born January 14, 1973 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Charles Phillips and Linda D. Palmer Nelson.
Kimberly was a member of the 1990 class of East Fairmont High School. She attended the Katy Church of God. She had been a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years having worked with the Marion County Senior Center. Kimberly was quiet by nature and was a sweet soul. She enjoyed swimming, reading books, and spending quiet moments on her porch. She was a fan of watching wrestling, and loved keeping up with family and friends, as she was always on the telephone. Her greatest love was her children and grandchildren, they were her world.
Survivors include her husband, Ricky A. Ferrell, her children, Tabbatha Boyce and her husband Matthew Cogar of Fairmont, Rickell Boyce and her husband Joshua Mitchell of Grafton, and Devin Ferrell and his husband Ben Brady of Fairmont, as well as her grandchildren: Delilah, Pheonix, Harper, Tyden, Kyra, Camille, Keegan, Catherine, Talon, Jacob, and Isabella.
She is also survived by her brother, Charlie and his wife Shelly Phillips of Barrackville, and her nieces and nephew, Arlando, Taylor, and Dakota and her husband Austin, as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews
In addition to her parents, Kimberly was preceded in death by her infant granddaughter, December, and her sisters, Tina Phillips and Chrissy Phillips
