Obituary of Rick Allan Wint

Rick Allen Wint, 67, of Fairmont, formally of Taylor, Michigan, sadly passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at his residence after battling COPD. He was born on June 29, 1958 in Garden City, Michigan to the late Morris Donald Wint and Carolyn Jean “Hartley” Wint. Rick is survived by his daughters, Chrystal (Chris) Lee, Daphne Muridan, Amanda (Travis) McLeod, Rikki (Mark) Wint, and her sister January (Robert) Finch. He is also survived by his sister, Lisa (Donald)Cogdill, his brother Michael (Kathy)Wint, 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends. Rick was preceded in death by his parents as well as his siblings, Donald R. Wint and Robert S. Wint. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont, WV. As per Rick’s wishes, cremation services will be held. All services will be private.
