Christopher Chisler and his wife Jennifer, two daughters by choice (his girls), Kelsi Wilson and her husband Preston, and Morgan Wright, three grandchildren, Zoey Statler, Rhett “Joe” Wilson, and Briggs Wilson. He was a Methodist by faith and a graduate of Clay-Battelle High School. In his former years, Neil worked alongside his father at Chisler Brothers. In 1971, with his father’s blessing, Neil decided to go into business for himself. Neil was a business owner for over 54 years. He worked as a Mechanic, Corvette Repair Specialist, Chissy’s Truck Sales & Salvage, and Chissy’s Recycling & Solid Waste. Neil had a natural instinct for buying, selling, and trading. In his quiet time, Neil enjoyed playing on his farm with his longhorns, horses, and chickens. His love for his Family, Friends, and Faith in God was evident in all he did. Neil worked hard right up until his last days of battling cancer, even finding the strength to smile and encourage others throughout. His wisdom, knowledge, and love will be missed by so many. In addition to his parents, Neil was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia “Pat” Bruffey, and his brother, Fredrick Chisler.
