I just learned of cousin Betty's passing. I'll remember her vibrant, cheerful intelligence fondly, and greatly enjoyed her books. Love and condolences to Feller, David and Jeff. Photo is from the 2008 Larosa Family Reunion

My husband, Bill Reid, and I met both Betty and Gene through the Clarksburg Model Railroad Club. A fond memory is that Betty and I would help with Trick or Treating, by handing out candy at the Club in the Friedlander's Building lobby, during the city wide event. Betty was a lovely lady. Betty, You were such a wonderful person. You were very welcoming of me when I first came to sing with the choir at All Saints, and you were always so happy to see me when I visited, always greeting me with a smile and a hug. And not only were you a kind, compassionate person, you were also a great author. I will always treasure the books that you wrote. I love that I got to know you. Prayers to Gene, your family, and all who mourn your passing. Rest in Peace. Shaun

I admired so much about Betty, but particularly appreciated her friendliness and enjoyed reading her wonderful books that she had written. I know she will be sorely missed by many and my condolences to Betty’s wonderful husband, Gene – – her sons and their families.
