A Friend for Life Dick and I hung out together in High School and had a lot of fun, he was always easy going and fun to be with, following High School, we saw each other a few times and then reconnected at our 50th High School reunion. And then out of the blue he contacted me regaining a 5 year follow up get together. Since the "get together" we have spoken on the phone and met for dinner at Muriel. He shared his health issues but always in an upbeat manner, looking to the future, you will be missed my friend and I will see you in the future! Has

Knowing Richard was a true pleasure. He always had a smile and saw the cup 3/4 full. He was one of the most optimistic and positive patients I have ever encountered. He knew true joy in life. Our deepest sympathy to all of Rich’s family from his friends at Wheeling Island casino. I got to know Rich 18 years ago when he decided to pursue a new career as a table games dealer. By far one of the most down to earth and sincere people I’ve had the pleasure to know for the past two decades. All I can say is that God just made heaven a better place by calling out Rich’s name to join him. While we will all grieve our loss of a father, grand pa, and true friend he well be at peace and still be able to always be with us. Rest peacefully my friend ! Gerry Trumble

I will miss Rich! He was so great to Tracey and her children! He was always happy to see me and my son when we came to visit! He was a great bonus dad! Tracey will miss him dearly! They were a great example of a loving couple!

Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of your beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend Richard Leinhardt. He was an amazing friend to me and I was so happy that we reconnected recently and had so many wonderful conversations together. We had the best time at our recent 75th birthday party in Johnstown with our fellow class of 67 classmates from Bishop McCort high school. I’ll never forget him! what a wonderful guy he was to so many. Rest in peace, dear friend! I’ll see you when I get there!♥️
