My heart is broken at the loss of my friend and next-door neighbor, Sue. I will miss our telephone visits when we shared our joys and sorrows, and the times at her home when we would share a cup of coffee and our thoughts. We collaborated on caring for the feral cats on our street. Sue fed them the "good stuff," twice a day, while I supplied kibble in the evenings. Sue loved all animals, and she had a heart of gold. She always looked out for me and told me that it made her feel safe to see the lights on at my house. She knew by looking at my TV room window if I was up and around late at night or early in the morning because I couldn't sleep, and we would laugh about that. Sue was one of the kindest people I've ever known, and I was blessed that she was my neighbor and friend.
For Lysa, Rayan, and Sue's extended family, I give you my love and prayers. What a tremendous loss. She loved each of you so much.
Fly high, dear Sue, and rest in the arms of Jesus. Your suffering is over.
