Very very sorry to learn that Susie passed away. She was an incredibly sweet woman who helped me in numerous ways since the day I joined Steptoe. We kept in touch after she left Steptoe by email sharing photos of our beloved grandchildren. Because of the pandemic we were not able to get together in person. So sorry that we weren't able to make that happen. I know she will be missed tremendously. Sincere sympathies to you all and your families.

Nina Sue (Susie) Hinebaugh Saunders, 79 years of age formerly of Fairmont, WV but residing for the past thirty years in Clarksburg, WV passed away on April 6, 2022 at United Hospital Center. Susie, as she is best known, was preceded in death by her parents, Paul C. Hinebaugh and Willa Squires Hinebaugh and one brother P. Thomas (Tom) Hinebaugh. Susie leaves behind her only child and best friend, Thomas R. (Tommy) Saunders and his wife Melissa Blanchet Saunders, with who she resided. She also leaves behind her wonderful brother, Richard (Dick) Hinebaugh and his wife Anita, of San Antonia, TX; two grandsons whom she loved as her own sons, Frank Saunders and his wife Barb of Clarksburg, WV and Bryant Logan Saunders and his wife Brittany, also of Clarksburg, WV. With extreme sadness she has left behind her beautiful seven great grandchildren whose love and hugs kept her going as she got older, Carlie Faith, Aidan Haddox, Eliga Michael Thomas, Gage Richard, Bristol Sue-Ann, Clark Bryant and Brody Keith; three nieces Barbara Burnett, Lisa Thomas and Cathy Canning, as well as two nephews Richard Allan Hinebaugh and David C. Hinebaugh; ten great nieces and nephews and three great great nieces and nephews. She will best be remembered for singing professionally with local bands in the Clarksburg and Fairmont areas as well as in San Antonio, TX. In San Antonia, she performed for Mayor Henry Cisneros and a Korean delegation. Her musical talents awarded her first place out of thousand entrants with singing the song she was best known for “My Way.” Susie was a very proud member of First Presbyterian Church in Clarksburg where she served as a deacon, an elder and sang in the choir. Her God meant everything to her! She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Susie was cremated at her request, and a Gathering will be held for family and friends at the Ford Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM – noon. A “tell us your memories” service will be celebrated at noon with her Pastor and friend John Koerner presiding. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.fordfuneralhomes.com. The Saunders family has entrusted the care and arrangements to the Ford Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV.

My Tribute Gift Foundation makes this online charitable giving portal web page MyTributeGift.org (the “Website”) available to you subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”). So a donation made on the first day of the month would be sent at the same time as one made on last day. Payments would be sent either by paper check or direct deposit. Please note that the there is 3% + 35¢/transaction fee for credit card processing, My Tribute Gift Foundation collects a 5% administrative fee. These fees help fund the cost of processing all donations, issuing tax receipts, and sending all appropriate information to the selected charity. These fees are assumed by your selected charity, but you will receive a receipt for the full amount of your donation. There are NO additional costs the charity has to endure to participate and accept donations through MyTributeGift.org. According to the American Institute for Philanthropy (charitywatch.org) a charitable organization is considered “Good” if they are spending less than 30% on administration and fundraising costs. My Tribute Gift Foundation helps reduce those administrative costs for charities and allows donors to contribute to lasting memorials for their loved ones.
When donating online, if the donation form has an option to add a tip, there is no convenience fee. The tip is optional and can be adjusted before you submit your donation. The amount of the tip will be displayed to you before you confirm the charge to your payment card. Tips are in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount that goes to the charitable organization. Under IRS and CRA rules, tips are not tax deductible to the donor.

Indemnity. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FOUNDATION PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS AND PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY (COLLECTIVELY "CLAIMS") ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE INFRINGEMENT BY YOU OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ALL LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM SUCH CLAIMS.
If in any part of these Terms of Use is held, by a court of competent jurisdiction, to be invalid or unenforceable, such part of these Terms of Use shall be eliminated to the extent permitted in that jurisdiction, for purposes of that jurisdiction, and the remaining Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and all federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and My Tribute Gift Foundation with respect to the Website, except as we may explicitly agree otherwise in writing.. No delay or failure to exercise any right with respect to these Terms of Use shall be construed as a waiver by My Tribute Gift Foundation.
As a donor, you are responsible for researching the charity, understanding how your money will be used, and understanding the tax implications of your donation. We will email you a receipt, but the deductibility of your donation depends on your individual tax situation. We are not financial, tax, or legal experts. Please do not rely on our information to make decisions about your finances, taxes or legal matters. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Participating organizations have chosen to actively participate in the “Sponsor Program” to be represented in the Sponsor Charity array in an effort to increase their exposure and the opportunity for more memorial donations to be made to their organization. A rate structure is agreed upon and assessed on each donation processed through that program according to each organization’s individual agreement. Giving through that program has helped many organizations realize a drastic and significant increase in net donations.
If a donation form has a line item of Convenience Fee. The Convenience fee is displayed to you prior to approving the charge to your payment card. The convenience fee is in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount reaching the charitable organization. For example, a $100 donation becomes a $101.50 transaction. The convenience fee is directed immediately to a for-profit service provider. According to IRS and CRA rules the tax deductible receipt will therefore only be issued for the subtotal amount.
My Tribute Gift Foundation seeks to distribute all funds to organizations provided they have maintained active 501c3 certification in the United States or registered charity status in Canada. MTG relies on the beneficiary organizations to maintain and keep up to date contact information on file with the IRS or CRA respectively. This must be done in order for My Tribute Gift Foundation to exercise care and reasonable efforts to distribute payment promptly, without undue cost and burden to the foundation. In the event that a payment has not been deposited 12 months from issuance, the foundation reserves the right to utilize those funds in its mission to the foundation.
My Tribute Gift Foundation reserves the right to modify, change, discontinue and suspend these Terms of Use, the Website, and/or any services offered through the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice to you. Your continued access or use of the Website after modifications to these Terms of Use have been posted on the Website shall indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly.
